Studio Trame - 1-Year Warranty Policy

Effective Date: 01-01-2024

1. Warranty Coverage:
Studio Trame ("Company") warrants its products to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Covered Items:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use of Studio Trame products. Covered items include but are not limited to manufacturing defects, faulty craftsmanship, and inherent material flaws.

3. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond normal and intended use of the product.

4. Claim Procedure:
To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact Studio Trame within the warranty period by sending an email to info@studiotrame.ca . The email should include the following:

  • Full Name
  • Contact Information
  • Proof of Purchase (Order Confirmation, Receipt, or Invoice)
  • Description of the issue and supporting photographs or videos

5. Inspection and Resolution:
Upon receiving the warranty claim, Studio Trame will review the provided information and may request additional details or documentation if necessary. If the defect is confirmed to be covered under warranty, Studio Trame will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product.

6. Repair or Replacement:
If a repair is possible, Studio Trame will cover all necessary repair costs, including parts and labor. If a replacement is deemed necessary, Studio Trame will replace the defective product with a new or refurbished item of equal or comparable value.

7. Shipping Costs:
The original purchaser is responsible for shipping the defective product to Studio Trame for inspection. Studio Trame will cover the return shipping costs for repaired or replaced items within the continental United States. For international customers or customers outside Canada, additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability:
Studio Trame's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall Studio Trame be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product.

9. Governing Law:
This warranty policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
